For the past 2 years I’ve been scrambling for digital projects at Accenture and even took management and data projects (neither I was qualified to do, but the teams needed help) to avoid too much time on the bench and getting fired- I’ve been working for almost 4 yrs but I only just got a 20% raise to $85k. When I see people here talk about making way way more for less experience, I wonder if I’m being underpaid. And how would I start a negotiation for a raise or look for other opportunities??
Assuming someone starts at SC2 at the beginning of the calendar year (say Jan). What's the general time (years or months) when he/she becomes SC3? And thereafter, what's the time (years or months) he/she becomes Manager 1 from SC3? What's the minimum %age of first hike (non promotion hike)? Is a hike within rank (say SC1 to SC2 or SC2 to SC3) just the yearly hike or is it like a promotion hike (higher percentage which is seen during promotions)? #careerprogression
Any single moms who raised boys? My first kid, I grew up as an only child with no brother, and really clueless as to how to raise a boy. I’d have an easier time with a girl since I kinda know how

Has anyone addressed their ADHD with their boss directly? For example, I have a really hard time with long meetings. I can’t sit still and pay attention and I wonder if sharing this with my boss would be helpful or if it would raise red flags. Funny enough, my job is very detail oriented.

Hey there. When is it appropriate to ask for a raise? Provided, of course, that you're doing a solid job. Cheers!
I have some queries regarding Accenture UK. 1. How is Accenture London for a Cloud Consultant ( L9) ? 2. How is the growth opportunities? 3. Also promotion and hike is entirely performance based or it requires certain amount of years of experience to get promoted? 4. What is the general hike percentage for a average to good performer? Can anyone comment on the promotion trajectory at ClearView? I've been told by some that you can move up a level every six months, which sounds great, but on Linkedin it seems many take a year to 18 months in between title changes. What sort of factors affect this?

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?
