In TCS they have around 5L as variable pay and retention pay.In siemens they have only 1 L as Variable.Why does you all prefer to TCS instead of siemens?? I heard siemens wlb ,avg hike better than TCS.

Advanta is not a good company.
Other verticals of Siemens are far better, this is the worst division with worst wlb and technology they operate like a startup. If it was Siemens Healthineer i would have recommended Siemens but Advanta is worst.

I have an offer from Amdocs and CSG. As SDE1. In amdocs i would be put in healthcare domain (c++) and in csg i would be working on the RnD department on a cloud based technology (c++, .net, c#, aws). Which one should i choose as reviews for both companies are good on Glassdoor. I have almost 3yoe and i amoving from a service based mnc. Any advice would be helpful. Only thing is i am not that kneen on moving to Pune. But apart from this what other factors should i consider?

I have 1.5 YoE, joined as campus hire. Unfortunately didn't get chance to pick preferred org/tech stack. Had to work in Cloud Ops for 1 year, and now in legacy app with very old stack of Java, Perl and internal old Javascript.
Should I start afresh in a new company for SDE-1, or wait and apply for SDE-2 opportunities?
Should I look for alternate profiles like Analyst?
Would shifting to a service based company be wise?
