I switched 20 days back to a reputed MNC. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my new Company is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
I don't like working here at all, but I am not sure whether moving out again in a month will give bad Impression on my resume. Hence please give me advice on this situation

Lateraled 6 months ago and it’s not going well. I’ve gotten some positive feedback here and there, but I’m also been scolded a number of times and it’s pretty clear I’m not up to their expectations. Can anyone refer for IT audit practice. I have 3.5 plus experience in IT audit and overall 8 years of experience.

My husband is a L4 data engineer in Canada. He wants us to immigrate to the US so he spoke with his team about transfer. His team submitted a ticket to amazon immigration to hire him in US on L1 visa as data engineer L4. His manager told him that immigration ticket responded and said that he needs to be hired as L5 and work as L5 for one year before they can start his L1 visa process. Is that true? Can he be transferred with L1 visa with data engineer L4 or does he need to be L5?
