I’m so confused by Hawaii testing. For example, Carbon Health is on the approved list. However, I can’t just do the free test, I HAVE to get the travel clearance test thats $130?? Or can I? Leased a new Audi Quattro vehicle. Car ate through the original tires in 17k miles. Outer part of the tires were wasted, but the inside still had a lot of tread. I think there’s an issue with the alignment. Audi says they won’t check the alignment unless I pay up, claim it’s not covered by warranty or my maintenance plan. Anyone had a similar issue?
