Hi All,
Need suggestions here. Please help me out. I was interviewed with IBM and got selected. Waiting for offer letter. Meanwhile got selected in another company and got offer too. Put down my ppr. Offer from another company is way beyond than IBM almost 22% more in terms of fixed. Now Iâm confused that once IBM releases their offer then should I ask them to match with my holding or not ? Will they consider for negotiations? Whatâs your thoughts? IBM
Can anyone tell me what the salary range is for Monitor Deloitte senior consultants in the UAE? Also I have a SC offer from PwC healthcare (not strategy &) and currently also interviewing with Monitor so according to you all which of the two is better across WLB, growth, culture, quality? Thanks!

WLB is pretty good. Most people donât work over 45 hour weeks. Culture is collaborative and leaders are available and open. Salary depends on practice and location AD target bonus is 14% but you can exceed that by exceeding sales and/or changeability targets.

Bonus is 16%. Salaries can range from $160k - $220k when removing the outliers/VHCOL markets
160-220k sounds very high unless youâre in Tech Consulting solution or HCOL area. Although since youâd be in as an external hire itâs prob doable.
I make $167k + 16% bonus as a newly promoted AD. I work 40-45 hours and am fully remote working out of a HCOL office. I know I'm probably underpaid vs colleagues/the market but I don't think this salary/wlb could be matched anywhere else.

Director has a wide range. You can direct admit to Dir but you need to show a history of sales or some very strong relevant, needed expertise if you want to do the specialty track.
How hard is it getting into the AD level? Is it more hoops to jump through than normal and are the timelines generally longer for the interview process to offer letter?

Serious extra hoops start at the Director level. AD will get review by the practice leader but doesnât require Executive Team interview.
WLB depends on solution
What is the jump in pay range for AD to D? Common for them to direct admit to Director?
A business case has to be made to get D. A couple of MD sponsors/advocates are needed.
