Does a senior VP in a relatively "no-name" company (like Johnson and Johnson) make more than an entry level Program Manager in Google?

Last year, My girlfriend was making 80k while I was making 200k so I took her out to dinners and took care of the groceries etc. Basically made sure it’s an equitable relationship. She got a new job this year and is now making 210k (more than me) but still expects me to pay for all the dinners and groceries. I’ve already talked to her about this but just resulted in argument. Is there any coming back from this situation to make this equitable relationship or is break up the only option here?

I just accepted an offer at another big4 and I feel so blessed to be making $130k in LOCL as a 23 year old with less than 1.25 YOE. And I find it funny that I'm gonna be "senior" consultant/associate at my age and YOE. I don't know jack shit, and will completely understand if my clients/senior peers don't give me any respect at all. Tips for working smarter instead of harder?

I am noticing that McKinsey is increasingly recruiting at non-elite schools (very roughly speaking not top 15 schools). At my old undergrad, 5 years ago the most competitive firm to show up was EY. This year McKinsey took 4 non-internship full hires. Why is McKinsey going “down market” for recruiting? Are elite school kids losing interest in consulting so McK has to cast a wider net? Or is McK seeking a wider pool for other reasons? I advise undergrads on consulting so want to be best informed.

Unpopular opinion: Late night projects don't suck, the people you're working with just suck. One of my favourite projects had 12-1am nights for a month straight and was tough but I was genuinely friends with my colleagues and manager that it was just fun being on the project and working with them.
