I have got offer from deloitte and oracle with similar ctc, which company should be better to join?

In my new company my HR and boss told me to resign . As per them I am slow at work and done two mistakes . As per me if I was guided properly about the business the mistakes wouldn't hv happened. Should I say about the head to HR and try to convince to be in the same company or leave and find new.

Does anyone seriously considered leaving law every single day? I thought I was going through a phase but every single day I think “I don’t think I’m happy”. Sitting here think, “why are all of these college football coaches taking jobs that don’t seem any better than the ones they already have, and in some cases, are definitely worse?” Then I realized that they are just lateraling, and probably doing so for the same reason I am. My firm is really behind the 8 ball in hiring support staff and would rather have attorneys use their time doing non-billable admin work. For whatever reason, they just can’t wrap their head around the math, which is that the attorneys would bill more if they didn’t have to do non-billable admin work and that billable work would not only cover the cost of a paralegal but add the the profits of the firm! Anyone have a similar experience? If so, how do you show them the light!
