So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?
Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?
Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?
Any inputs on this will really help :)

I come from a healthcare operations background, have my Masters in Health Administration and 3+ yoe in large hospitals/headquarters. I am now learning sql on my own, proficient in excel and tableau.

Hi all, recently a recruiter from Amazon reached out for an SDE 2(2+ years of exp. required) role and I'm a recent CS grad. I gave the OA (which was extremely difficult w/ 99% cut-off) and other tasks related to the OA. A few hours back, I got a call from the recruiter that I had cleared the assessment and tasks and said that they are looking for 2+ years of exp. I said I'm open to the SDE1 role and said she'll ask her colleagues. Idk what to expect now 😥 Amazon Amazon India

He replied with a passive-aggressive email stating that my interview wasn’t on his calendar and if I had an issue I should’ve looked for his phone number in his email signature and called him first. Shortly after I got an email saying I am no longer being considered for the position.
I have years of regulatory experience working for a well-established 5-star Medicare managed plan. Devoted Health is just starting out. There is a lot I could have brought to their company but after this experience, it’s a hard no. If HR is toxic like this, what does it say about the rest of their company? This is how companies shut out candidates who can potentially help them grow. I thought working for a startup could be exciting but I think this was a sign that I should just stick with what I have.
How unfortunate. I would find out who is in charge and send a letter outlining everything you did in this post!

It is! Gas is $6. I guess it’s lower than northern or southern Cali but it’s still high.
