@Copywriter1 I’ve only experienced junior men do this in my career, but yes agreed across the board.
I just think it’s a young professional thing: overcompensating, trying to act the part, trying to say the right thing, trying to earn respect & just trying to be heard.
I know it probably seems disrespectful but there might be more there other than status or gender dynamics.

Droga5 OP my personal favorite is when they put on a fake deep voice to sound like an authority. They dont realize it makes them sound like children mimicking their Dad.
Maybe it’s because you work at Droga... just sayin ;)
Ooorrrrrr, maybe at least listen to alternative ideas? Good ideas can come from anywhere, even junior designers (of all genders). Doesn’t mean they’re better ideas, but junior designers can add perspective as well.
