Yes. Clients adapt to anything, especially if the quality of the deliverable is not compromised due to a relaxed travel schedule. Also, cheaper.
these firms exist as well as no travel firms. they're boutique/small.
That’s the travel schedule I have now and can attest this is a huge improvement

I ask because when I’ve tried to set things like this up, invariably the schedules of the clients, or at least their execs, nearly immediately dictated deviations from it.
Maybe it could work for certain kinds of work, but it just seems as though were it a sustainable model for an entire large firm, someone would have already done it.
Plenty of firms that do this and they have not taken down the big guys... I believe even Accenture is going to a local model.
