Depends when you got in. If you got in at 77 to 80, you should be solid. If you got in at 90+, hard to say you will make anything off earnings unless it moons. That’s always a possibility if you look at RH.

I think it’s a good Volatility play. The short interest in August was only 3% so minimal probability of a short squeeze
It’s difficult to say. I like that you took the short position and the premium seems rich. But the stock is on a tear recently and earnings could trigger another short squeeze. I’d rather roll your 125 to 135 or just close it.

I like short C135 + last second share buy. As great as PTON earnings may go, they are overbought on dailies and weeklies.
It’s gonna rip, their user acquisition was sped up by at least five years, they’re expanding their product line, rumors of Apple partnership, biggest sales period of the year coming up, etc
Massive earnings beat but overvalued as expected
Exited the trade collected about 50% premium. Not worth holding through earnings for the remainder
