Any advice on how to request a 20% raise? This is my first career out of college. I signed my offer letter knowing that I was being underpaid by 10%, as per the posted position salary. My 1-year appraisal is close and I would like to request 20% based on an increased workload; I would also like to make up for being underpaid my first year.

My dilemma: Many companies only pay up to a 4% raise. However, that will not cover much in this economy, and I would still be still underpaid.

Hi everyone! I'm in need of some advice.. I have a panel interview in a few days & I'm not sure what to do at this stage of the interview process. Up until now, I've only had initial interviews with recruiters or a 2nd round 1:1 with hiring managers & now I don't know what to expect. When is ok to leave the house post covid?

So I’ve been thinking of leaving my company and trying to move to a big tech company, but my manage currently likes me a lot, eg. giving raises and talking about lead promotion, but I’m not really happy with the work and they have reduced some benefits recently (bonus and retirement). Work/life is pretty chill and with raises/promotions upcoming I feel hesitant to leave. Anyone else go through something similar? One of the reasons I’ve hesitated is how much I dislike the tech interviews.

BUT they recently acquired AdColony which brought their valuation from 22x to 12x. I think there is tremendous upside here over the next 3-6 months.
