Recently I applied for the SOC role in IBM. Cleared all the rounds. The HR was offering me 5.7 lpa. I asked for more. HR said she would check and get back. Hasn't replied to my calls since the last 4 days. Should I expect a call?
Current CTC: 4.5 lpa

Hi, I applied for a BFSI domain consultant position at TCS through Linkedin. Next day two people took my interview and said they are good to go with my profile. I might have one more tech round and HR will contact. After 4-5 days HR sent Ibegin link to create my profile and update details. Then it's been 3 weeks no other update. I’ve doing this for a good number of years. I think I depleted almost completely my interest in this business. When I’m out of the office or during the weekends I get into a “leave me alone state” and don’t want to know anything about the office. I actually just want to get in the agency, do the best I can within the time I have available, and get out. In a business where “the most committed wins” this is not an ideal mindset, but I’m done.
