Publicis friends: who else was brutally honest on their Power of One survey?

I'm genuinely curious what the actual plan is. Power of one, One west, all of those aren't new. What's the actual application of merging going to do? And... when are we going to see the resolution of clear top-level redundancies. That will be entertaining.

@leoburnett1 our dept gets chronically low scores in our agency to the point last year that I got pulled in for an additional 30 (srsly) questions re: what was good and what was bad in our dept. when asked why they said bad trends were observed and we were singled out as needing help. This being said, what's transpired between when I had that interview with HR and now would drastically skew my answers. Upside is at least it seems they're actually using the data.

If the survey results come out positive, we should collect money for a recount.

Far too honest that I had to change my age so they couldn't track me down.

I was almost dissuaded to share my very honest opinions by the approximately 13 drop-down menus at the beginning just to ask where you work. Almost.

I'm not entirely convinced it's anonymous considering you have to use your Lion Login to access it. 😑😑😑

I think we have to give POO a chance. Publicis isn't going to let us all go down in the shitter. I think we just all need to embrace the POO and hopefully we all come out smelling like roses. There's a saying at Burnett...Reach for they stars. You might not grab one but you won't come up with a handful of POO either. At least I think that's what the saying is.

Brutal. Doesn't seem to ever change anything though, especially given the tone deaf inaugural town hall that we just stood through for an hour citing digital excellence when the presentation team couldn't even click through the deck.
