Not sure if it’s just me, but does anyone else experience people from Pune visiting their LinkedIn nearly every day, multiple times a day? I’ve got a folk (or several folks?) from “Flexisales” and other Pune-based companies that have been viewing my profile every day for the past few months now. Doesn’t bother me too much, I just wish I knew who they were and what they wanted….

Lateraled 6 months ago and it’s not going well. I’ve gotten some positive feedback here and there, but I’m also been scolded a number of times and it’s pretty clear I’m not up to their expectations. We’re slammed with year end stuff right now and I’m working myself to the bone. They can’t afford to lose a body until the end of the month, but I can’t shake the feeling that they’re going to let me go once we make it through this sprint. Have you guys heard of firms doing this?
