Hands free pumping bra. Nursing cover. Nursing tank that can be worn under a work shirt. Madela quick wipes and a small travel bottle of dish soap to wash pump parts. Soft side cooler and ice pack. Call ahead and ask for a mini fridge in your room. If not, ask the front desk to keep it in their fridge. Ask front desk to freeze your ice pack overnight. Bring ziplocks you can fill with ice in case you need it...but shouldn’t if they freeze it for you. Personally I generally bring milk with me on the plane vs shipping. Only ever had one annoying TSA experience.
Oh and battery pack for your pump and extra batteries
Agree with D1 — ziplock freezer bags with ice are your best friend for keeping things cold. Makes it much easier to keep things cold vs worrying about keeping something frozen
Ask for a fridge / freezer in your room. I usually pack and store in bags and larger freezer bags and then a large lunchbox in case of leaks. Print the TSA guidelines in case you run into trouble!
