McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Hi
I am currently looking for a job switch. I have worked for more than a year as a Data Analyst at a start-up. If anyone can help me out with a refferal it will be great.

Did you expect your last two weeks to just be like all party and no work? Like, it's just a formality? You gotta come in but aren't really expected to do anything? Like, they just want two weeks to look at you and breathe in your aura before it's gone forever and they'll let you do nothing just to get a few last whiffs??
It's still your job, do it.
Work hard to your 40 hours a week because you’re still being paid, but make sure it’s all tracked in an offboarding doc of what’s been done and what’s left to do. They probably expect you to do it all so they don’t have to.
I am maybe projecting, but I don’t think OP is complaining that there’s work to do *overall*.
I read it as
1) getting more work than normal, and taking advantage to try and get things done with their skill set so they don’t have to and
2) a concern that their boss is setting themselves up for failure once they leave, and not learning what OP is doing at all.
Could be wrong but I want to assume good intent by OP here.
I agree. He should do his job but expecting him to get a million new things completed is not fair.
Do your job fully while you’re being paid. Jeezus.
Just work hard and ride it out. One less bridge burned.
You ARE staying there for two more weeks...
Do your job. If it’s out of your scope prior to putting your two weeks, ask for help but be professional.
I’d power through it but there’s a limit. If you don’t ever plan on coming back you have less to lose.
Do what you can and let them know what you won’t be able to finish. Document it in a email and cc or bcc HR.
