Let me tell you, I love the flexibility at my firm, OK pay, and I do a great job, and am comfortable pushing back when I have too much work . I got 2 offers , one from Capegemini for Manager and CTC offered is 25.6 lakh, 2 lakh variable included and other is from Xavient Digital ( Telus International) for Team Lead which is offering 26 lakh ( all fixed).

2. Mphasis 18(17.1 fixed)
3. Pegasystems 14(13.1 fixed)

Pegasystems is a product based company with alot of benefits but salary is very low.
Mphasis is offering good but heard they have very less development projects and also wlb is not that good
LTI is also offering good and heard that again wlb is not good.

LTI and Mphasis are service based companies.

What should I do ?
