No reply (probably bc this partner has a ton going on). Any tips for handling this type of stuff with busy partners? It's day 2 for me at Deloitte (PDM) , just received my laptop yesterday , completed a few of the trainings and created/uploaded my resume. Coach and onboarding advisor have not been assigned yet. Join birlasoft one month back, but didn't get any project yet. Till now gave two client round perform well in both but afterwards didn't get any kind of response from RMG. RMG people are also not too interactive, they hardly respond to the pings.

I’m passively taking interviews. I’m in DC, couple years post-MBA with >, currently in an exec cert program, and multiple experiences with clients. I was 5+ years as an O on active duty, but I’ve been slowly diminishing those bullet points with corporate exp and education instead. They were great bullet points for getting me into grad school, but I haven’t seen their RoI with private sector/corporate HMs.
