Wells, it’s an open house style in our office building not my home. I’m thinking maybe Saturday is not the way to go. Maybe we should stick with a week night.

I always do Saturdays and it works great. 1-4pm is when we do ours.

We have had them on Saturday’s and on Tuesdays. On Saturday many people have company or other parties to go to. They also have shopping or family obligations...had a very mediocre turnout. We have had great success holding out open house on Tuesdays

Trying to figure out what do I do if I want a new coach. Not trying to make a long post so I'll keep it short. My coach hasn't been very participative in my career and actually hindered me when we were on a project together. Even after leaving the project I tried to keep up the relationship but she just wasn't attentive during our checkins and seemed really uninterested. I know I can get a new coach but if I submit the form on Dnet is it automatic or do I have to find someone to fill the roll?
