I have an offer with PWC SDC of 22lpa and currently am working with Wipro and cctc is 18lpa(10% vp).
I am excited at the same time a bit worried to join pwc SDC as I have been listening about the pathetic WLB at PWC SDC. Is it really true about WLB and can some one help me know on what kind of work would be on offer for a SA1 position having 7 yoe.

Technology : Cybersecurity.

Also, please help me know if I can apply for more org. with better pay, growth, WLB

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?

I have been offered 18 lpa from Citi bank pune for Java Developer Role. Is it worth joining Citi bank? Are they having good projects regarding the technologies like java, Spring boot , Microservices?

Should I resign on the basic of breakup communication or wait for offer letter ?

Or all the 8hrs shall be charged to bench only?
Or Can I charge all the 8hrs to L&D?
