I think my career has tanked!
I've been working in SAP Basis Module for the last two years and I hate my job to be honest. Most of my peers have crossed 5 LPA and got promoted while I didn't even come close to 4 LPA. My colleagues and peers are reticent and I feel I'm wasting my time. I tried to switch to another company, but I got rejected, despite being certified in SAP HANA. My company doesn't recognise my work and I work in night shifts which made me depressed. How do I rebound in my career?
I received an offer from a company. They have mentioned Rs 850000 as base pay but employer's annual contribution is just Rs 21000. Shouldn't it be 12% of basic? Is it wrong? Also in his CTC statutory bonus is mentioned, will it be given to him in his monthly salary?

157k base , 20k bonus
Location matters but generally 110k to 140k for base salary is what I would expect.
That’s roughly what I was expecting to hear, thanks.
I think it’s 125k roughly
Will be curious to see the actual number. My expectation is that it’s above 125
Does anyone not have it at this point?
Myself apparently, if you can point to a reliable source or know what the range is that’d be very helpful.
