Just curious about, is there really any impact on your career if you switch a company within a year, not for money but for good work and WLB.

Are the hiring managers going to weigh it while hiring you in future?

Like HM would reject just because you switched that early before, even if you skills are good fit?

Have very quickly and admittedly, rather fortunately found myself entrenched in the big bad world of massive agency within a massive holding company.
But I originally left ad school wanting to work somewhere smaller and a bit more “fun”. What agencies have that vibe at the moment?
