File lots of returns for family. SIL sent me a 1098 for student loans with $0 interest paid in 2019. Said she has a forbearance but still goes out a lot, obviously spending $ which could be going towards loans. Do I say something to her or just say NMFP? Not really close to her at all. Last year interest $1,500 and I don't think these are Federal loans. Tax refund to pay for hot water tank that just broke, so, you know.

I cannot imagine having a decent job and not paying your loans, just cuz???

I’ve been thru 2 rounds of interviews with Deloitte’s ARA practice and have two interviews scheduled with EY’s FAAS (in their TAAG group). How would people rate the WLB? Coming from the audit side for a firm where I’ve constantly been working 50+hr weeks for 2 yrs and am just burnt out. Midwest/central region if that helps

I had an initial call with a recruiter and got turned down about 6-7 months ago. I was having a really bad day (just found out a relative had passed, more than normal work stress, ect) and just really had a tough time gathering my thoughts. I honestly should have rescheduled the call but I just didn’t really want to have to push it out and coordinate schedules again. Any chance I can get a second look? The career path aligns with my interests and my background is a great fit.

Just switched to advisory from audit and kinda regret it. Seems like a bunch of unstructured random tasks that rarely have a hard deadline… which is sadly not my preferred way to work. Everyone says advisory is better so I’m gonna try to stick it out but ugh

Received verbal offer from the recruiter after interviews. Recruiter says takes 5-10 days to get the “business case” approved. It’s been 8 days without updates. Is this normal?
