Why no PWC just curiously?
If you are non-Indian you may hit a ceiling at Capgemini that is not a problem at the other firms. I would stay as a M with that comp and WLB and then switch firms for a promotion in 1-2 years.
I was considering that for a vertical move to Senior or engagement manager in a couple years 🤔
Current TC is $125k and about to get official promo to manager so expecting TC at $140-150k. In 2nd interviews for Manager at big 4. Current Wlb is ~25 hours per week so want to consider that too

Stick with what you got - for that WLB

Id stay. With balance like that you could do some work elsewhere if you really wanted to. Or enjoy the time off.
WLB will be worse at PwC, but it’s honestly not bad. However, a manager 1 in tech consulting here makes like ~150-165 base depending on what city you’re in, plus a bonus up to 25%. That’s ~190-205 TC. It’s a pretty sizeable comp increase, but it’s down to whether you think that’s worth you having to work 20 more hours than you do now
