Would love to hear about your gardening leave experience, especially in the event production sector, i.e. Gartner, Forrester, etc. I’m planning my resignation and I’m unsure if I should plan my next endeavor around it. I plan to continue my career in event production but as an in-house producer for a solution provider, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Better than I felt 10 minutes ago!
christmas came early for me. i got mid-year promoted with 20% increase. this 5% would be on top of that. very pleased tbh
I’m in the same boat let’s ride
5% richer!
Yes everyone across the board
Sad EY hours 😭
Unless I’m just deluded to what others outside of PwC make, I can’t complain. I was making 88k this time last year, will be making 131k with this increase.

For the vast majority of people you’re talking about $5k - $7.5k. Obviously better than zero and layered on top of that “targeted skills” (retention) bonus in March it’s a kind bump & about the best you can expect with B4. You just wonder if this will impact the summer raises/bonuses, effectively serving as an advance. But time value of money tells you now is better than later anyway
Also if you’re in a group that’s been hit hard by attrition forcing you to “play down” or take on much more clients, it’s not nearly enough to keep you from looking around if you were already leaning there. But again, nice gesture and about the best you can expect.

Works out to an extra $800/month for me…definitely feel good about that.
Quick maths, I like it
Mixed feelings. Not as good as what other firms are doing and we’re still below inflation for the year. But, pleased they did any adjustment at all.
Surprised it’s just a flat 5%. But I do know you all had very nice annual raises before this! CR did 12% for seniors and managers. Then other positions were between 6-10%.
And with this it is up to $317K. Hell yes.
are you a senior director?
Does this apply to new hires yet to start?
Damn, should’ve stayed at PwC 🥲
Quite good
Go PwC!!!!!
Just about exactly a year ago I was told I was going to be making $60k after the paltry increases at the start of 2021 and now my comp for 2022 is looking to be close to $100k. Yes I'm extremely happy.
100k is the new 60k. Everyone in PA these days seems to be balling
Please fill me in - I just received an offer for FDD in NYC with PwC as a senior. $112/7.5 SO. Do I have room to negotiate?
Yeah S1.
Would it be appropriate to ask about the 5% 2022 increase and if I’m eligible for that? If I was eligible then I’d likely just ask for the s/o to be bumped to $10k.
