PwC folks, as an experienced associate, how often does one travel? (Operations)

How do you travel with pumped breast milk so it doesn’t go bad? Going to visit family without the baby and not sure how to bring pumped milk home safely. Just a two hour flight but total travel time from home to home is maybe 7 hours or more?
