And this person probably doesn’t work for PWC
I’m in PwC HIA provider ops as a Senior Manager, and yes, lots of work life balance. In general, I work 45 hours a week. Leadership is very reasonable. Occasionally there are big events (go-lives, design sessions, etc) where I may have to work longer, but I’ve been at the firm seven years and have been very happy with the balance.
The work life balance does vary from project to project (depends on how leadership runs the project). Overall I'd say it's a good balance.
