2. Pubmatic - 28L fixed + 3L variable + 1.5L stocks (data analytics project)

have offer from EY and Citi too but not so much interested in them.

Is there a difference in a total salary for employees working on-site vs remote only peering this same job?

I am currently working as an entry level claims adjuster. I am just about done with onboarding and I am interested in growing and earning more. Just curious - What is a ballpark estimate of in hand salaries for people with around 5+ years of work ex and an MBA degree(Tier 1 college) in India?

Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?
