Hello, is there anyone willing to refer me at KPMG Canada for IT Support Analyst position? I will be graduating end of next month and I strongly feel my skills and experience are a great match for the role. I’m being ghosted by the recruiter for this role for almost 3 weeks now. I’d really appreciate your support. Thank you very much! KPMG

You can use a personal card but I HIGHLY suggest using corporate Amex for the big items. I've heard horror stories. Also you can be challenged on expenses. If you consistently charge hotel airfare etc you will have to scan in receipts each time. No receipts required for 99% of stuff put on corporate Amex.
Had the same issue, as I'm in the same boat. Use Radpad to pay rent. Yes, you pay 2.99% but currently they are classified in a way where you get 3x points.. So it potential helps to offset that cost
To OP and other PwCs here, you guys realize that the policy specifically says to use the corporate card for business expenses right? How much of a career ding are you willing to take for a couple of points?
Highly recommend corporate for ease of expenses. They keep receipts system painful to encourage use of corporate card.
Use radpad until you hit minimum spend, then you're good
Wait you guys are complaining about sometimes having to submit receipts? We always do for anything over $50. It's not that hard, and certainly worth the points on personal cards...
@BCG - do you use your personal card or do you use your corporate?
How do you book flights with personal card?? Please teach!
Isn't there a bit that says they don't technically have to reimburse out of pocket expenses for airfare/hotels because you'd be outside the expense policy? Also, oop receipts are a bitch.
Use the Corp card provided
Although if you spend more than $15k on the card in a year, or $5k on the bonus categories, then it's worth it to keep the card.
I'm just not sure I'll be able to spend the 4K in 3 months if I'm traveling and using the corporate card provided.
Use the corporate card and pay to get the MR points
Either way, that % spend is the opportunity cost to get the 100K bonus... Which I find to be worth it. Sorry for the burst of messages.
Amex. You have to waste 5-10x more time everytime
Not getting a corporate card as an associate is like getting signed to the practice squad and not wearing pads in practice
Thanks everyone!!
Personal card for everything. This year cash back I've gotten over $4000 from corporate expenses
