Any in-house counsel in here willing to post their company, level or YOE, and total comp breakdown? If you’re comfortable, please consider posting both your current stats and what your stats were when you first moved in-house. If there’s any other information that you want to share, please include that too (e.g., hours, interesting perks, etc.). Info on in-house salaries is pretty hard to come by, and it would be great to compile some data points here! Facebook Amazon Google Netflix Apple

Came in 2014 - so its typically around 135-140k... but if you got your MBA from a Rutgers or other univs like that, it will be around 110k
Not trying to knock Rutgers , just stating a fact
P1 is correct...but it still hurts. Went Slutgers for undergrad
P1 that hurts 😪
But glad to be on your mind 😄
Sorry guys was just trying to make a point that PwC values tier1 schools differently than the rest (within US and internationally) no offense guys.
Yeah the truth hurts. But I know for sure I wouldn’t be going back to Rutgers for grad school, perpetuating its status as a nontarget.
P2 where did you end up going for your masters and what did you do before?
I don’t think Rutgers even has a Ft mba program
Not our football team 😂😪
I think it’s still 140... hasn’t changed for a few years. Could be wrong though
Question for this group if you went part time to NYU stern would that still be a target top tier school to hit the $130-$140K base? Sounds like RU FT or PT for an MBA may not be worth it cause the bump is not as big if you are going into school after 4-5 years of consulting experience at which point I would think your base would be around or above the $110K mark, no? Just thinking out loud but would appreciate your insights, as I am considering going back part time for my MBA.
I came in this year at $135k, though it was from a top 20-30 ranked school
EY1 - similar school to p5. 2nd tier bschool. I was in industry before. Maybe the extra 5k is for M7? S& definitely gets a little more
S& m7 is ~$148 base
Although there isn't really a distinction for top tier vs not in S&. Same pay, just harder to get
