Hey folks, I am interested in sustainability and the entire finance aspect of it. However my exp in th area is woefully inadequate. I'm trying to read up. Currently in the finance transformation team at EY (not related at all to sustainability). And no background studies wise.

Hello recruiting professionals. If I were to start working with a placement firm (eg. Robert Half, Mason Frank) what are the recommended firms to jump in bed with? Senior architect/senior developer with 10+ years Salesforce consulting, and MBA. Not looking just yet, but I want to know which recruiters to respond to when the time comes.

I was promoted to the chair of my dept. (first woman woo hoo.) Here is the issue- I can’t do it all. I’ve always done a lot of marketing. Billed the most. People still expect that from me but I can’t. So now I’m trying to figure out what I can get relief with but I’m not sure what would give me the most relief. Any tips on how to find this balance? I have files clients won’t let me give up. I’ve give up the others already and am taking on very limited new cases going forward.

Whenever I check time, it is always in some special combination like 12:34, 02:02, 11:11, 01:01, 10:01 and likewise. It is so common with me that now it feels uncommon.

Arranged in increasing order of pay.
Roles are pretty much same too from what I understand.
I'm very inclined towards the last one btw.
What would you suggest choosing?

I recently received an offer letter from Deloitte India (Not DELOITTE USI). I checked the reviews online and they are not so good when compared to Deloitte USI.
