I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

6 weeks for dads, if taken all at once. 12-14 weeks for women
SA1 is right, except the 2 weeks before due date depends on your state. In CA I got 4 weeks before due date (and those were fully paid, use it or lose it).
And yes paternity is 6 weeks if you take it all at once
2 weeks for dad's I believe, dunno what it is for mother's.
2 weeks before your due date, STD (6 to 8 weeks depending on the delivery) then 6 weeks (or like 15 days to use throughout the year) then PTO
What about MBB? How many weeks do you get for dads?
BCG is now 8 weeks for all parents (including adoptive, surrogate etc) plus short term disability (12 weeks I think) for birth mothers.
