I provided the cohort comp for the range D2A- D3D for tier 2 cities. Many factors that could influence your compensation including YOE, skills, interview feedback, your role (sales focused or delivery focused), your practice, your client network, how desperate they are etc. Your hiring Partner will decide the cohort and make an offer.
