P7, some people are too busy selling work. Just sayin...
P7 I am a D and find the requirement offensive. Emphasize the importance? Fine. Make it a prerequisite to being rated highly and compensated well? There are so many other factors that should be deemed more critical that this seems like a trap to stratify people based on a technicality. Last time I was required to punch a time clock to be paid was when I worked in the college cafeteria as an undergraduate.

Anyone that is smart enough to get into a big 4 firm, but irresponsible enough to not fill out a mandatory time sheet doesn't deserve a $10K+ bonus. Set s reminder everyday at5pm. It takes 30 seconds. Literally.

Only 3 days? Yikes. So if you're on PTO for two weeks you have to log in a bunch to enter timesheets?
You can enter the time, but you get a sync error for any chargeable code more than 2 days out. Sync error is the same as not entering your time. You can sync vacation, holidays, etc in advance.
How do firm contributions and proposals factor into this? Would suck if people fully staffed up on those pursuits were dinged for low util
Time sheets - someone who is below 80% please please explain to me how that happened. Did ever happen more than one year?
With M1 on this one. I'd like to hear a rational explanation as to why somebody could justify being that non compliant with a simple task like recording time. Do they forget to wipe after taking a shit too?
If you're not billable you're kind of stealing from the firm in the eyes of leadership. If/when you run your own business, you'll understand why this is so important. It's business, not family.

Yes. We'll fly right out the door. I find it soulless and ridiculous, especially the time sheet element.
@P4, no actually it hasn't always been the case. This is a new rule this year across Advisory and was communicated in June or July.
