Hey, this is a question for folks working in the big 4 assurance and consulting firms. I was considering starting an "Insurance Agency" part time. Was wondering if this could be considered a "Conflict of Interest" and be cause for termination... being highly regulated and since we should not have a real or perceived conflict. Joining Industry has been pretty interesting. I’d love to hear about the little nuances you’ve noticed after making the switch.

I’ll go first:
- The concept of a “boss” is very real. This person is largely responsible for your career, knows your salary, and has influence in things like internal transfers
- The idea of working FOR your boss is also new
- No time sheets or utilization
- Decks and presentation skills are way less polished
