I’ve been working for 3+ years in paid media at various media agencies. I started in the media agency life since I graduated college and have been working in this industry ever since. I’ve been wanting to pivot into corporate communications for the past two years, but have found it very difficult to do so. My first internship was in digital communications and visual media, so I do have something experience. Does anyone have any advice on pivoting into this industry or in general?

Hello! Any tips on entering mid law or in-house in Cincinnati graduation. Currently, a 3L at a New York school (not top ranked), 3.17 GPA. I do have good work experience working as a state judicial law intern, member of a hybrid SA program between my school and a big-law firm, and currently as an intern working on Smart Contracts and a legal advisor to the company’s CLM team. Looking for advice: I have an analyst (9 months on the job) who still doesn’t get it - repeatedly misses comments, doesn’t follow instructions, slow, etc. I have raised this to both my MDs and they seem to be adopting a “not my problem” approach when I mention it. Hello! I was promoted at work and was told I was getting a raise and that it would be based on tenure. I’ve been with the company for under a year and I received a $.75 raise. The max amount of the raise was $2.50. Should I ask for more?
