Question about H1B visa transfer: I currently am working on a H1B work visa on C2C and I have a ongoing amendment (Address change - Moved to another state) which has no update and is in process. Now, I am looking for a job change and if I get a new job with a new employer, they would have do a H1B transfer so my question is; Would the new employer be able to start a H1B transfer while I have a ongoing pending amendment? Has anyone encountered this situation? Any leads would be appreciated.
