Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Yeah, you can't really double dip like that. I have silently partnered with 1 or 2 other recruiters just to avoid harming client relationships.
That said if the company is no longer my client, all bets are off!
I will NEVER represent you while you’re still at the company I placed you. That’s highly unethical taking people from the place that I was paid
How long have you been at your current role?
Do you mean reach back out to the same recruiter?
18 months. Yes, the same recruiter.
my question is this - as a recruiter, do you chance harming your relationship with the agency to place a client.
thank you for honest answer.
If you want to give the recruiter who placed you more business, just ask him or her is it's a problem. If it is, maybe she can pass you to a pal who will pay him or her out for the referral.
