Bit of a unique situation. I think my offices FDD team is falling apart. Since covid, 1/1 partner resigned , 2/3 of SM quit, 2/2 managers quit. I’m a bit concerned with deal flow moving forward. What would you do in this situation? Should I try to jump to another firm? Maybe ask for a raise? Honestly I am getting pretty crispy mental health wise
Just had a final round interview for a role that I’ve been in process for the past 2 months. Recruiter just reposted the role 30 min ago 😇
I was contacted by a Facebook recruiter for a Data Scientist interview, but I'm not ready to take a new job right now. Should I take the interview for the practice or would that look bad if I want to seriously apply next year?

Howdy fish, currently interviewing at KPMG for a associate role in major projects advisory. I’ve gone through the phone screening and the interview with 2 directors. Next interview is with 2 SM. What kind of questions can I expect in that interview?
Manager with specialized experience (sector specific DDs and growth strategy) looking to move to MBB. Do you recommend reaching out to a 3rd party recruiter, MBB recruiter or reaching out to partners/practice leadership?
What’s culture and WLB like in Google Strategy and Ops? I see most are former MBB, and I’m curious if they continue to carry the expectation of long hours and availability after-hours.
Anyone looking for a Copy CD in Atlanta or remote? Available to start work immediately. Appreciate any leads you may have. Thank you!
Wow. McKinsey, which has the biggest public sector presence of the MBB, really hasn't been doing too hot at all in the sector. Its presence is tiny and it's gotten even smaller. Meanwhile it's bungling whatever opportunities it's getting. https://www.propublica.org/article/how-mckinsey-is-making-100-million-and-counting-advising-on-the-governments-bumbling-coronavirus-response
Have 3 years industry experience doing full core system implementations (insurance). Moving to big 4 next month as SA (25 years old). Any tips on what to expect moving from industry to big 4?
Observation: The “vaccinations are a personal medical choice so get off my back” crowd uses fundamentally the same argument as the pro-choice crowd. And the “require vaccinations to go to school, work, mass gatherings, etc.” tactic is similar to those advocated to make the lives of undocumented immigrants hard.
I feel as though I'm constantly playing second fiddle with my ssl. Here I thought there's finally a project for me to be apart of, only to find out the booking is a "only if the scope is bigger than expected". Is there such thing? What would you do? Any advice?
Has anyone started utilizing therapy to make sure that you’re in the happiest/most useful mindset in this demanding job? Do most firm’s insurance cover and will the firm know (worried about stigma)?
Assuming that people try to get into consulting early in their careers because of the year on year salary growth (partnership is harder to quantify) compared to industry (CONTINUED)
Thoughts on joining EY Advisory PI or Guidehouse as a manager 2. Salary and sign on are exact same.
What's the PwC rate code for Marriott? 🙋♂️
