McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Question for Deloitte / KPMG / PwC / Accenture - do people ever work for more than 1 client at a time, or is that not allowed? I think I heard at ZS Associates for ex that it’s common to have more than 1 client so wondering what the trend is across the major firms. (And I guess same question for McKinsey & Company / Bain & Company / Boston Consulting Group)

For KPMG I have juggled 2-3 clients at a time for probably the last two years or so. I’m a senior associate
Only senior managers and above have multiple clients
Typically you work for one client at a time until you become a principal. So for BCG it would be associate, consultant, project leader (first management level role) that work for one client at a time, then after PL you start being on multiple cases
KPMG canada and anything from 1-15 at a time in our team. Average is 3-5.
