^pretty sure that's false for staff unless you're already exceeding metrics expectations. Primary measurement for staff and seniors is utilization, which sucks donkey
I heard my groups was 4/31. Also, EY7 Is giving the worst advice on the face of the planet.

HAH. I think it is indeed a blackout. Utilization resets in July and reviews are before this, so take advantage and let interns take your projects! But don't slack too hard, you don't want to be on the bench all summer
If they take utilization metrics at the end of April and year end reviews are end of June, are the hours from May and June tracked for the next year or ignored?
Taking 3 weeks of PTO in June. The blackout is real my friend.
In FY16 - FSO utilization metrics were pulled as of 4/15.

Anyone dispute the above? About to start positioning myself for bench life in May and June.
I've heard it really doesn't matter, but if something comes up during your round table, they'll re-pull the metrics with May/June data included. Not sure how often that happens though
Metrics are basically the last thing they look at during reviews. Feedback is much more important.
