Question for guys: do you care or notice when girls/coworkers/girlfriends ect. get their nails done on a regular basis? Also do acrylic nails/fake nails creep you out?

Fake nails are creepy. Nails in really bad condition catch attention more than pristinely manicured nails. I think nails that are always done can be a sign of being high maintenance which is a warning sign to most men. Do what a lot of black guys do and just make sure your nails are trimmed, filed, and buffed and make sure your cuticles are healthy and moisturized and you will be good to go!

Unnatural fake nails and the ones too long to even be real are tacky imo, I wouldn’t say creepy. I don’t necessarily notice when nails are done, but I do notice well manicured nails that are taken care of versus ones that aren’t kept up with or ppl that bite their nails to the bed. I am male and very metro. I go just as much to get mani/pedi as my wife goes, so I may be biased.

Fake nails that look unnatural are creepy. I don’t notice when my wife gets her nails done so no we don’t notice. Just don’t get dumb designs on them

Try shellac or gel manicures - they look more natural and last a long time

No. no. Although like ten years ago, I dated a chick that had very well groomed nails. I destroyed her particularly well one evening. She apparently took it out on my back- it was all clawed up to the point there was blood everywhere. She had to throw out her sheets, duvet cover, you name it. Been married for five years now.

Depends if I am attracted to the girl. If I do, I will likely notice. If I don’t, I won’t. And if the fake nails are noticeably fake, then I probably would think it looked a little weird.
