Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?

Merrill Advisors - I have a client with an account at Merrill and am told that they have a money fund available which insures up to an aggregate of $5,000,000 in FDIC coverage. Is this a CDARs program and they are misinformed or does such a program exist and what is it called? I was told $5mm in coverage with daily liquidity which obviously wouldn’t apply to CDARs. This might sound like a crazy question but never having worked in public before: Billable hours - if you’re very efficient at your job, do you stretch out the time and work slower to get to your billable hours or do you safe the client the money. In a Situation where you don’t have other projects to work on. Tell me the ins and outs of working billable hours for a complete newbie.

I god mistreated by unfortunately another female (my manager). The whole project (an intense one on all accounts) she was looking for me to make a mistake and when I did, she pointed fingers at me for the rest of the project.
When I privately spoke to her and told her I have been seeing a psychologist on account of long-term anxiety issues, which in this case were triggered by her behavior, she told me maybe I should not be doing this job. This in an MBB firm. I feel tired and disappointed

Just want your thoughts. 73 yo friend has heart valve replacement surgery going on right now. He has 2 adult children in their 40s with no kids at home. One is a lawyer making beaucoup $$ in B and lives 45 mins from the Hosp. Neither daughter is at the hospital during the surgery. As a critical care nurse and lawyer, I find this unacceptable, esp since they have close relationships with dad. Stepmom who raised them is alone at the Hosp. I don’t know if he said not to come but that’s unimportant.
