MBA SC come in at $145K base at Deloitte

IMO, for non-strategy consulting, if you want to take the partner path, you don't need to get an MBA, but you will be earning 30% less than your peers until partnership
D2 is spot on not including sign-on bonuses.
Wow MBA SC is 145 now? It was 135 for 2014 grads

BAH, are you asking what a new associate makes? 65-70k
I think that's all over the place. I know a non-MBA manager at 120k. I'd guess non-MBA SC's would be at about 95-100k

Post MBA is national. Non-MBA is likely based on your salary at your previous role which may take geography into consideration

I feel like I am getting burned as a non MBA manager...
Better be. ;). Complex situation - don't want to travel constantly and client loves me - 4 years April across several projects. Sell tons of other engagements outside my vertical, so had leverage from 120 at hire to today's number.
