I am a female, and I don't know what these cuts /dresses mean😩 where can I learn

LBD. . Wear it with a nice black boot. And bling it up classy necklace or bracelets.

This is me! Circle skirt dresses work great for me. Tight on top, looser on the bottom!

Google, also look at Ann Taylor. Most dresses you can class up with a suit jacket, I am hourglass and in love with the Ann Taylor tea length dresses I found. I am also tall, most people will be coming from a client site so most people will be dressed business casual/professional

What about empire waists? Go to a high end store and see which style they would recommend and then buy a cheaper version elsewhere

@op - I have the same body type. I try wearing fitted dresses without the plunging neckline (really wide necks look nice, and nice jewellery sets it off further)

like

So, I'm very hourglass figure...circle dresses never work on me 😩 usually bodycon are the most flattering but they're usually on the verge of being too revealing.

How about a cocktail dress?

I got the red schoolboy blazer from j.crew factory on sale (still on sale). I think that it could also be a nice thing to wear to a holiday party

I had multiple mediations recently. I do management side employment law. Overall I’m walking away feeling like what the heck are we paying the mediators for? I’m tired of the mediators saying they don’t want to hear about the merits of the case. The merits are DIRECTLY tied to the amount of settlement authority I have. I feel like our clients are getting worked way more than the plaintiffs side. Also plaintiffs have followed up every single settlement with “can we get the funds before holiday?”

Last week, I made a post about how my manager is suggesting I work through Christmas break to meet a deadline, despite me already letting my team know of my planned Christmas vacation. Well, I just saw that my manager will be on PTO starting the day I scheduled my vacation to start through the end of the year 😵‍💫 absolutely cannot wait to quit
