As we build the premium data services platform for the creator economy, we are aligning value and community. Creators deserve better, more than 1's and 0's.
I appreciate everyone that helped and made it out. We saw real business getting done while a live DJ played in the back...this is #ting. 🐝

Anyone who talks to an ex while in a relationship is a scumbag
^SAP 1, yep. My BF talks to his ex-wife fairly frequently as they have a kid. However, the four of us (her partner included) are on a group text string and that’s how we now communicate mostly.
Nope. They are exes for a reason.

Nope. We moved on with our lives and they got remarried.
No. It’s important for me to fully detach after breakups to work through my own feelings. Once I feel “over it” at that point I don’t really have a reason to go out of my way to reconnect with them.
In my experience people who are still friends with their exes can’t handle living without a source of validation at all times.
That second part comes off as a blanketed projection. An ex is still a human, not a piece of garbage.
Sure. My unsolicited point of view: anxious attachment styles are rampant in this bowl, and it’s not healthy to be so fixated on exes as threats.
I had a fling with a former co-worker in 2019. We had an intense friendship that I think we both mistook as romantic, and it got weird. We’re still great friends now. He lives overseas but we do dinner and wine bars when he visits North America.
My first boyfriend from when I was 18, we chat maybe once a year on Facebook. He’s married and has the family he dreamed of (I never wanted kids). I am so happy life turned out this way for him. We were both really into Soundgarden and we spoke the day Chris Cornell died.
My SO still talks sometimes to his ex on IG. They had a “conscious uncoupling” but were civil about the break up.

Not regularly but just on Instagram or whatever. I’m on good terms with most of my ex girlfriends. They’re not bad people or anything - it just didn’t work out. My wife knows and doesn’t care.
I don’t, but not because I have an SO. I make it a point to end things completely, so there is no contact once the relationship ends. So whether I have an SO is irrelevant. I have a close circle of friends and that’s all I need.
I have a high school ex that I’m still friendly with. We don’t talk one on one but hang when our friend group gets together.
I keep in touch every once in awhile with both of my exes. There's been plenty of time and space to let any feelings fade, and I'm on good terms with my exes, so why not? I wish them the best and it's nice to see how they're doing at an appropriate distance.
Nope. I have my partner to talk to,why would I be talking to my ex?

Nope

Yes I do. Very close to one of them with whom we almost got married. We have both moved on to multiple relationships with amazing partners. We are better friends than we were lovers and I’m thankful for him.

Almost never. Our lives went different paths
First one cheated on me, and I haven’t talked to her since. Second one was incompatible with me and quite cold - I haven’t talked to her since, but I’m still good friends with her sister. Third one had life us take us different ways - went on a double date with her and her current boyfriend since she was at the same school as my SO just to catch up. Nothing besides that
Two follow me on Instagram. They both live in different countries. I'm sure they were curious what I was up to. No real communication other than liking my pics.
No but ex and current SO are in the same mutual group so he’s a few awkward group chats. It’s been 3 yrs though so nobody really cares.
Yes, with some of them. Not any from past 8 years. We all were a significant part in each others lives.
