Someone may need to hear this today: a staff/senior kissing your a** doesn’t make them a high performer. Your highest performers are probably quieter and don’t seek out attention for their hard work. Make sure you still pay attention to them and recognize them for their efforts, and for f**k’s sake please be able to distinguish between a legitimate high performer and someone who’s just a kiss-a**.
