Don't expect good hike and people who can sense the future work culture , will start looking for the change now

BTW I've had a few attorneys like this. One in particular became irrational and often annoyed with my line of questioning in person going as far as asking me if I was stupid or just deaf. Good times 😑 I learned quickly to back everything up in writing for both clarity and to cover my ass when he undoubtedly accuses you of forgetting something or doing the task incorrectly.
Why do lawyers think they can treat paralegals like crap? It’s so uncalled for.
Following. Having a similar experience.
Can you ask lots of questions?
Been doing that. The attorney gets annoyed or says we need to talk later because I have other things going. 😩
Just make sure when dealing with that attorney - you ask a lot of pointed questions. Every attorney is different and a good paralegal figures them out and how to handle the differences (good and bad).
Have the meeting, take thorough notes to the best of your ability. Followup with an email with meeting summary of the task to be completed, ask any questions you still have (be as speciafic as possible) asking that he add any additional needs/requirements and deadline.
This is exactly what I was going to say. The email follow up is key.
