Any 🐠 doing long-term side gigs? How do you maintain a steady level of output despite crunches in your day job?

I recently got a job offer from a company I used to work for that has a great work/life balance and culture but has a slower track to get promoted. My current employer has a not great work/life balance but it’s much easier to get promoted. Currently 5 years into my career currently bouncing between a project lead and a discipline manager… it’s a decent pay bump- 30%. But is it worth giving up the future potential advancements ?
