Question on H-1B and LCA. 1) If one lives in New Jersey and works in New York and LCA is already filed and confirmed for H-1B, do they need to file another LCA with home address now that they work from home due to covid? 2) Also, for state tax withholding, HR might need to update “employer work location” on HR profile. Does that require filing of H-1B amendment - maybe it is considered employer address changes? Does it require another LCA? Stick both LCA on wall?

Recently got my green card. My green card has my first and last name but Indian passport has first name, fathers name, and last name. Will this be an issue when I re enter the United States?

Is it possible I can change after i140 approved? Or i have to wait until entire gc process ti complete?
